St.Nicolas parish on Askoldova Mohyla helps victims of this summer floods, among them inhabitants of the village Voskresinci near Kolomya in Ivano-Frankivs'k region. The parishioners collect food product, clothing, donate everything they can afford.

Father-superior of the Greek-Catholic church is father Grygoriy and through him the help is distributed. Four families at the moment: those of Roman Myronyak, Borys Myronyak, Lesya Nykolaychuk and Oksana Uhors'ka have sent us thank you letters.
 
Though our help is modest as compared with the disaster it is genuine and with all of our hearts. We have sent packages containing food products, household  articles, and medicine in October, November, and December addressed for father Grygoriy Simkovych who then passes the help to the victims. The total cost of the goods is 2131 Hryvna. This help was collected by Kyiv parishes and send by volunteers of the Caritas-Petchersk organization. We also have sent the invitations for children from these families to come for Christmas holidays to Kyiv.
